Gold prices rose in the local market on Wednesday by half a dinar compared to Tuesday's prices.
The selling price of a gram of 21 carat gold was 54.80 dinars for sale from goldsmiths’ shops, compared to 52.30 dinars for purchase.
According to the daily price issued by the General Syndicate of Jewelery Shop Owners, the selling price of one gram of 24- and 18-karat gold from goldsmiths’ shops reached 62.80 dinars and 48.80 dinars, respectively.
