The tour came in response to repeated complaints from citizens and taxi drivers about the increasing traffic crisis, due to the random queuing of public transport vehicles and taxis at the hospital entrance, which led to traffic disruption and obstruction of the passage of ambulances, which constitutes a major obstacle to rapid access to the hospital and the provision of necessary medical care.new
