Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department is considered one of the most important departments in the municipality, and this department has a great responsibility, which is to take care of everything related to purchasing operations.

Department tasks:
Coordination between the purchasing and warehouse departments to implement purchase orders
Assigning purchasing representatives to bring price offers
Return to the warehouses to verify the store balance before executing the purchase order
Submitting price offers to the technical committee to determine the supplier company, while providing some advice that may benefit the committee in its choices.
Follow up on suppliers’ accounts in order to maintain the purchasing department’s relationship with suppliers
Establishing policies through which the performance, speed, accuracy, and execution of purchase orders are developed
